The Priority™ ERP system is a proven ERP software installed at over 2500 companies worldwide, with close to 100,000 users across several industries. Since 1986, customers in over 30 countries have been using Priority to achieve their goals. It is an easy to use, easy to configure and easy to implement ERP package that has evolved over the last 20 years based on the needs and requests of small and medium sized enterprises.
Priority is the first application in the ERP arena to support a single integrated solution for all your operational needs, including a document management tool for browsing files and folders that looks and works just like traditional on-premise file and folder management systems, such as Windows. Powerful synchronization capabilities with your Gmail or Outlook mailbox eliminate the need to maintain your own mail server for the organization. Whether installed on-premise or used in the cloud, you will gain a single, unified security and permission management system, running on a server that is completely immune to virus and Trojan horse attacks, as well as any security vulnerabilities that may exist when multiple platforms are maintained simultaneously.

Functionality. The Priority solution has a very wide scope of functionality in all its modules. In addition, there are a number of smaller add-on modules that can be provided for customers in specific vertical markets.
Flexibility. The Priority solution is unique in its capability for customization to the specific needs of a company. It is important that the functionality of a company’s system can accurately reflect the business processes of the organization and change with the business and marketplace over time.
Ease of Upgrading. The Priority solution uses state-of-the-art technology in order to provide the best functionality available and to ensure that use and management of the application is as easy as possible. Inherent within this is the unique upgrading capability, which allows very quick and easy upgrading of the product whilst ensuring that all previously developed customizations are brought through to the latest release without further coding work - guaranteed.
Ease of use. The user interface of the Priority solution is very easily configurable to the requirements of the end user, even to the extent of configuration of individual screens for specific users, by users. The privilege mechanism is comprehensive and robust to ensure security and, at the same time, assist in excluding screens and reports that are not relevant to individual users or user groups. Navigation tools allow easy and speedy access to all related areas of the system without tiresome reversions to the menu system.
Mobile solutions. In today’s environment, it is important to ensure that all your staff, not just those in the office, can access the enterprise IT solution. This means those in more hostile (manufacturing) environments and those working remotely (at home or on customer sites) can have real-time access to your IT systems. With Priority we provide this access as an integral part of the solution. It is not an add-on 3rdparty solution, but an integrated module developed and managed in-house as a standard part of Priority.
Management Information. Unlike many systems, Priority has an built-in Executive Information System (EIS) which provides graphical charting and drill-down capabilities to all the executive level information. In addition, links with the Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook and Project) are comprehensive, seamless and two way.
Cost-effectiveness. By having such a breadth of functionality and a very aggressive pricing policy, we can ensure that Priority has the greatest cost-performance ratio of any system available today. Payment for the Priority software can also be spread across a number of months to ensure affordablity.
Data migration. The tools within Priority allow extremely easy and swift porting of legacy data during implementation. These capabilities also allow the easy development of integration facilities with external 3rdparty software packages.
Web-based tools. Firstly there is a Windows Silverlight interface that allows online real-time access to the system for any users who are remote from the office. Secondly there is a built-in customizable web interface to allow customers / suppliers to request information, orders, quotations, support, etc. We also have plenty of experience integrating Priority with our customers’ own web-sites.
Fully compliant. Priority is fully compliant with Sarbanes-Oxley regulations and other international accounting standards (including GAAP), Priority™ comes equipped with multi-company, multi-location, multi-currency and multi-language capabilities that are simple to operate and amply documented.
In-house or hosted? For many years we have been able to offer Priority hosted for our customers. We have an excellent partnership with hosting providers so that we can bring the most cost-effective cloud solutions to our customers. This, in turn allows us to price the solution according to a Software as a Service (SaaS) model if this is required by the client.
